Assistant Site Supervisor

RecruitEasy are looking for a Assistant Site Supervisor to work for a client who is based in and around Sidmouth, Devon. The project is high end house building.

The successful candidate will require experience within in a similar role and should be able to provide references upon request.

Suitable candidates will require high end building experience and will be required to travel up to an hour to cover several projects.

Duration: Long-term

Key responsibilities:

• ensure the site is kept safe at all times and plant is kept in a good condition
• prepare site reports
• ensure work is carried out in a timely manner
• Co-ordinate and supervise construction workers

• have a good knowledge of trades and experience is essential
• Supervise and oversee the project, ensuring clients specifications are met
• Liaise with site manager

Essential requirements:

• excellent knowledge of the construction and building trade
• CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS

Pay rate: £18 – £20 p/h depending on experience – no payroll fees!
