Customer Service Team Leader – Newton Abbot, Devon.

Recruiteasy are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to join our well-known client on a long term basis. Our client prides themselves in outstanding customer experience and service with quality products.

Our client is seeking a new member to join and lead their busy team and previous experience in similar is preferred but not essential.

Pay will be discussed at the interview stage and will be dependent on experience.

Duties include:

  • Leading the customer service teams and providing support to teams from 3 – 20 people
  • Dealing with customer queries over the telephone and any complaints that have escalated
  • Dealing with management tasks
  • To provide training and guidance to any new team members
  • Organise and plan probation reviews, interviews and manage absence
