Job Title: Care Coordinator & Rota Manager

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience PLUS bonuses

Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri with some flexibility

CareRight, a trusted CQC registered care provider in Bovey Tracey and Newton Abbot, is looking for a diligent Care Coordinator to manage rotas and provide administrative support for our dedicated care team. We are taking a fresh approach in the provision of quality care with enhanced care services planned to help with our growth plan to become a leading care provider across Teignbridge and Torbay.

Responsibilities:

- Manage care rotas to ensure coverage for clients as well as efficiency for care-givers

- Coordinate with care workers and management to schedule appointments and visits

- Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changes in clients' needs or staff availability

- Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and management regarding scheduling issues

- Maintain accurate records of rota changes and staff availability

- Provide admin support and assist in back-office duties as required

Requirements:

- Good experience in rota management and scheduling with strong organisational skills

- Proficient computer skills for scheduling software and record-keeping

- Excellent telephone manner, communicational and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of care industry regulations and best practices

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
