RecruitEasy are looking for an engaging, customer focused, Recruitment Sales Consultant with high energy levels and a desire to succeed. The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior Recruitment Consultant and Sales Manager to achieve targets, KPI’s and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be fully trained to provide a full 360 recruitment process. You will be calling new clients as well as managing your account of existing clients and candidates.
The successful applicant should have at least 3 years' sales experience with a passion to achieve results and grow sales. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and have ability to plan and prioritize own time well to maximize effectiveness. Great communication and organisation skills are also vital for this role.

The successful candidate will have:
- 1/2 years sales experience or similar.
- The ability to develop and sustain a long-term relationship with both clients and candidates
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in sourcing new clients via various avenues
- Recruitment experience is ideal.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8.15 am – 5 pm. However, the successful candidate, on occasions, will be expected to work outside of these hours if required.
Starting Salary: up to £30,000 negotiable dependent on experience and track record with an OTE in excess of £52,000 (uncapped)
