Bring your coordination skills to a growing care provider where your role really matters. RecruitEasy is proud to be working on behalf of our client, CareRight – a trusted, CQC-registered homecare provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care across Teignbridge, Ivybridge, Tavistock, and Plymouth. As part of their continued growth, CareRight is now looking for an experienced and organised Care Coordinator to take the lead on managing rotas for their Plymouth, Tavistock, and Ivybridge services. This is a key role within their office-based team, offering the chance to take real ownership of scheduling and coordination in a supportive and people-focused environment. Please note: Rota management for the Teignbridge area is managed separately by an existing Rota Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage accurate care rotas for Plymouth, Tavistock, and Ivybridge
Respond efficiently to last-minute changes in staffing or client requirements
Liaise with carers, clients, and the wider team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care regulations
Occasionally support care delivery by attending visits when required
Contribute to a friendly, well-organised, and responsive coordination function
£27,000 – £30,000 per year, based on experience
Performance-related bonuses and paid overtime opportunities

Previous experience in rota/workforce coordination – ideally in domiciliary care
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Confident communication skills – written and verbal
Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office (training provided)
A proactive team player with a genuine passion for care and people
