We are recruiting on behalf of our client, CareRight, a highly regarded and expanding CQC-registered provider of domiciliary care, to recruit a Care Coordinator to join their friendly and professional team based in Bovey Tracey. With services covering Teignbridge, Torbay, Ivybridge, and Plymouth, CareRight is committed to delivering outstanding, person-centred care. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a well-organised and proactive individual to assist the Rota Manager with the daily coordination of care staff and schedules. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in scheduling or rota management, ideally within the care sector, who’s ready to take the next step in a meaningful and people-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with creating and managing rotas that align carers’ availability with client requirements
• Respond efficiently to any changes in staffing or client needs, ensuring continuity of care
• Maintain clear communication with staff, clients, and the wider office team regarding shifts and updates
• Keep accurate records and provide admin support to ensure smooth operational flow
• Contribute to a well-organised, collaborative office environment
• Be prepared to provide hands-on care support when necessary

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in rota or workforce scheduling, care sector experience is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office (full training provided)
• A team-oriented approach and a genuine passion for helping others
