RecruitEasy are looking for a Project Manager to work for our client based in Bodmin, Cornwall.
Job Roles:
Maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality within site operations.
Lead by example, ensuring all working relationships are of the highest standards.
Optimise sub-contractor and supplier performance through proper selection and management.
Uphold the company’s image and encourage others to do the same.
Plan, organise, control, and coordinate projects to ensure safe and satisfactory completion.
Review projects daily to ensure quality standards and budget compliance.
Ensure Risk Assessments, and Method Statements are issued and agreed before starting work.
Provide reports and maintain site records/administration.
Monitor and supervise site staff to ensure safety, quality workmanship, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with relevant specifications, drawings, and method statements.
Implement systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and defect-free completion.
Chair, attend, and record site meetings to ensure effective communication.
Manage the financial performance of projects with support from Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager.
Identify solutions to problems and manage activities to deliver required margins.
Schedule and requisition materials timely through the buying department.
Arrange for necessary plant equipment hire following company procedures.
Control safe storage and distribution of materials to avoid waste.
Set up and maintain security arrangements for materials, plant, and work in progress.
Requirements:
We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay.
