The Role

• Winning new business and developing strong client relationships
• Growing and managing your own recruitment desk
• Attending client meetings and site visits
• Managing vacancies from brief to placement
• Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Background in Construction, Industrial, Driving, Logistics or similar sectors preferred
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Driven, target-focused mindset
• Someone who enjoys building and developing long-term relationships
