The Role
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging candidates for a wide variety of vacancies.
This is not simply a phone-based administration role.
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, managing candidates effectively and being resourceful when sourcing talent. You'll have access to a steady flow of applications, market-leading recruitment technology and an extensive candidate database, but the strongest performers are proactive, think outside the box and never rely solely on the obvious route to find great candidates.
