RecruitEasy are looking for a Sales Estimator to work for our client based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations for enquiries and tenders received for all non-standard, standard, and export products.
Read architectural and detail engineering drawings confidently.
Promote suitable products from the full group product portfolio and value engineer specifications to achieve strategic growth targets.
Determine the practicality of non-standard product manufacture enquiries.
Ensure clear and accurate quotations/tenders are raised and returned to the customer within required time limits, in agreed priority order.
Liaise with relevant Specification Sales Managers (internal & external) to ensure quotations best meet customer needs.
Prepare cost estimates of products under development as required.
Work closely with the external sales team, including maintaining and updating the SAP/CRM database.
Make outbound and receive inbound calls, promoting sales campaigns.
Answer simple technical enquiries and send sales information on our products.
Provide support to the sales office during periods of holidays and absence.
Key Accountabilities:
Maintain communication and flexibility.
Ensure conformance to company terms and conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous sales administration experience or a similar environment.
Ability to read technical specifications (N13) and drawings to produce quotations.
Proven customer service delivery.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong team player.
Familiarity with ERP & CRM (SAP) systems is an advantage, but in-house training will be provided.
We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay.
