Location: Birmingham, UK (partial remote - home based to include occasional client visits)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 p.a. Depending on Experience + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £50,000 to £80,000 per annum

Role Overview:

A Home-based role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process from client acquisition, relationship building and ensuring successful placements. We have a well-established marketing process and head-office structure in supporting consultants in acquiring candidates and clients alike. Your job would be to fully utilise this support with personal pro-activity and initiative as essential ingredients too. Full shadow training from our expert National Sales Manager will be provided in helping create your base in a new area driving your business to success. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with prospective clients to assess their needs.

- Attract and pre-vet candidates for relevant roles.

- Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with both clients and candidates.

- Manage the offer process and negotiate terms with both parties.

- Build up your database of clients and candidates and continue business development. 

 

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a successful Sales or Recruitment Consultant, preferably with knowledge of the construction sector and in dealing with site managers, groundworkers, labourers, bricklayers, trades and labour, etc. would accelerate your progress.

- A track record of self-management, achieving targets and delivering results.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiatory and influencing abilities.

 - Goal driven personality, self-motivation with the ability to work independently.

Pay Rate: £30,000 to £40,000 per Year
