Salary: £32,000 per annum PLUS bonuses (Full-time Salaried Role)
Working Days & Hours: Flexible as agreed based on a 40-hour week

CareRight, a trusted CQC registered care provider, is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Supervisor/Team Leader to join our team. We are taking a fresh approach in the provision of quality care with enhanced care services planned to help with our growth plan to become a leading care provider across Teignbridge and Torbay.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of care workers, providing guidance, support and training
- Assist in interviewing, selection, induction, training and shadow visits for new carers
- Advise on care plans, ensure effective implementation and updating of our care software
- Coordinate effectively with healthcare professionals, families and management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or in process.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Driving license and willingness to travel within the area
