Site Manager - Torbay
Location: Torbay, Devon TQ2
RecruitEasy are looking for a Site Manager to work for our client based in Torbay , Devon.

Job Roles:

Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.

Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met.

Manage/Supervise on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project
managers. -
Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses. Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks.

Procuring materials, labour, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers.

Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.
- Reporting to other senior project managers as required.
Requirements:
- SSSTS/SMSTS required
- Valid CSCS Card
- First Aid required
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Scaffold inspection would be an advantage
Pay Rate: £40,000 to £45,000 per Year
