Construction Contracts Manager - Torquay
Location: Torquay, Devon TQ2
RecruitEasy are looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to work for our client based in Torquay , Devon.

Job Roles:
- Previous experience with Local Authority ( Schools / Hospitals etc ), Commercial and Bespoke New Builds.
- Must have a strong Contract Management background with SMSTS, CSCS and FAW
- Contractual knowledge and understanding
- Proficient use of MS 365 and project planning software
- Full driving license and be able to travel
Requirements:

Pay Rate: £52,000 to £55,000 per Year
We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay.
