Landscape Team Leader - Exeter
Location: Exeter, Devon EX2
RecruitEasy are looking for a Landscape Team Leader to work for our client based in Exeter, Devon.
Duration: Long-Term
Start Date: Immediate
Job Roles:
- Apply fertiliser to help enhance growth.
- Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
- Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other duties.
- Develop a work schedule for workers
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
- Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
- Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.
- Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management, are met.
- Manage/Supervise on-site construction work and relaying instructions from senior project managers.
- Monitoring labour, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.
- Report project progress to superiors
- Supervise all construction workers
Requirements:
- Must have a valid CSCS Card
- Valid SSSTS would be an advantage
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Previous experience within a similar role
Pay Rate: £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 per Year
